Family Reunions, Retreats, Groups & Special Events Foothills Lodge and Cabins is well equipped to handle groups, family reunions, corporate retreats, church retreats, workshops, and other special events for up to 100 people. We can assist you in the planning of your group event and are pleased to help you set up activities. Meals Available - Consider a pot luck supper or picnic prepared by your group or for your group. Please call our office if you need or desire meal arrangements. We can arrange meals at a local restaurant or make arrangements to serve meals buffet style in our picnic area. Pot Luck Suppers - Most of our lodging accommodations have a kitchen. Some of our groups have members of the gorups each prepare a different food dish in their cabin and serve a family style or buffet style meal at one of our picnic areas. In good weather, food dishes can be set up buffet style and you may enjoy a group meal together. We also offer banquet tables and chairs. Picnic Areas - In good weather, enjoy one of our outdoor picnic areas. Picnic tables can be grouped together as well as a group of gas grills to have an outdoor gathering. Rates & Accommodations for Groups - Call us for information on group rates, room configurations, and activities. Our facility can sleep up to 100 comfortably.
