confirmed by Foothills Lodge and Cabins. No discounts are offered nor given
for trade organization reservations.
TAX IS
DUE IN CASH AT THE TIME OF ARRIVAL. Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards for
payment of tax.
Your
credit card is a guarantee of your reservation. Any unpaid tax will be
charged to your credit card plus a 10% service fee. Any cancellations will
have tax charged to your credit card and by signing this reservation application, you are giving
us permission to charge any unpaid charges to your credit card as supplied above.
Confirmation
of your reservation will be emailed or faxed to you upon receipt of all information listed above.
