payment is due when reservation is confirmed by Foothills Lodge and Cabins. No discounts are offered nor given
for trade organization reservations.
Tax and any
applicable cleaning fees are due at the time of booking by credit card.
There is a 3.5% cash service fee. With your signature below you are giving
permission for us to charge your credit card.
Your
credit card is a guarantee for your reservation. Any unpaid items will be
charged to your credit card plus a 3.5 cash service fee. Tax will
not be refunded on any cancellation or no shows. ALL ITEX RESERVATIONS ARE
NON CANCELLABLE ONCE MADE AND GUARANTEED. We submit tax to the State of
Colorado at the time of reservation and no refund will be made. By signing this reservation application, you are giving
us permission to charge your credit card as supplied above.
Confirmation
of your reservation will be emailed or faxed to you upon receipt of all information listed above.
By signing below, you agree to
allow Foothills Lodge and Cabins charge your trade organization account at the time of reservation confirmation and also that your credit
card provided above may be charged for sales tax , any applicable cleaning
fees, and/or any additional cash fees incurred
during your stay (ski tickets, golf packages, etc) left unpaid at the time
