Innkeepers, Our Family, Staff and Friends! 

The Innkeepers - Karen Kovacik and her family acquired Foothills Lodge and Cabins during the Million Wildfire in June 2002. Foothills Lodge and Cabins has undergone major renovation and refurbishing. Improvements and upgrades continue in off season when guests are not present. We try offer our guests the best possible vacation experience. We want you to go home feeling like friends and that you received more than your money's worth during your stay with us! Our guests are important to us and we really try hard to make your stay pleasant. We welcome any suggestions you have to improve guest service. 

Your innkeeper is Karen Kovacik. Immediate family in South Fork includes Karen, Honey and Scott Stecken (Karen's daughter and son-in-law), Lyric (Karen's favorite and only grandson!  Rebecca, Karen's youngest daughter attends Colorado State University and spends the rest of her time traveling or in South Fork.
